Kashovatics is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support the daily administrative and clerical operations of the office. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow by handling routine tasks, assisting staff, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Manage front-desk operations, including welcoming visitors and handling phone calls.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other official correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Provide administrative support to management and staff as required.
Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities.
Support day-to-day operations of training programs and organizational events.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
